The Blackberry Z10 launched in the US in March of 2013 and along with the launch of the new, keyboard free device, Blackberry was also launching it's new OS, Blackberry 10. The Z10 comes with a 4.2-inch display (1280 x 768), a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16 GB storage and when launched had a fairly steep price tag. The Blackberry Z10 was intended to launch as a direct competitor of the top smartphones out at the time, the Nokia Lumia 920, Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5. If you were a Blackberry fan but secretly wanted a touchscreen and to get rid of your keyboard...this was definitely the device for you. The Blackberry Z10 also has a microSD slot allowing you to expand it's storage and you're not going to get that with the HTC One or the iPhone.
Overall this was a radical shift for Blackberry and quite possibly a last stand for the company itself as it's been struggling the last few years. The Z10 is a decent all-around phone with a nice display and camera and an extremely fast browser. Throw in the expandable microSD storage, Adobe Flash supprt (you're not going to get that on your iPhone!) and the new look and feel we think once you pick up the Blackberry Z10 you're going to like it.
